# Can I see how often guests visit our venue within a given time period?

## Introduction

Repeat visits are a strong indicator of guest satisfaction. By analyzing the data you can identify trends, measure retention strategies and uncover opportunities to improve the guest experience. Understanding revisit behavior helps you strengthen relationships with your guests and drive long-term revenue.

## Solution

### Access the Guest Attendance report

Go to the [Guest Attendance report](/v1/docs/attendance-report) in Venue Manager.

This report tracks ticket redemptions at POS within a selected timeframe to help monitor guest attendance. It relies on staff accurately checking in or redeeming tickets at POS.

### Access the Guest analytics dashboard

> [!NOTE]
> To access this dashboard, you'll need the **Can access Analytics** permission. This is enabled by default for administrator and manager system roles and any custom roles based on them.

1. From Venue Manager, go to **Analytics** > **Dashboards**.
2. Select **Guest analytics**.
3. Check the filter to help you interpret what's shown correctly. By default, this dashboard displays guest visit data from the beginning of the year to the current date.
4. To change the timeframe, select **Visit date**, then select the **Update** icon at the top right.
5. Select **View key terms** at the top right for data and metrics explanations at the top right.
