With a company profile, you can store tax identification numbers, add and manage bookings under a single record, allocate multiple contacts and assign primary or billing roles. This saves time, keeps records accurate, supports tax-exempt bookings with linked tax IDs, and ensures that communication reaches the right people. > [!NOTE] > The [permission](/v1/docs/permissions-by-feature-and-role) **Can manage companies** is required to create, edit and delete companies. The administrator, manager and booking agent roles have this permission by default. [Embedded content](https://fast.wistia.com/embed/iframe/wht2qox17a) ## Find a company 1.
