# Customize receipt and ticket templates for cloud printing

With [cloud printing](/v1/docs/get-started-with-cloud-printing), you have several options to tailor the layout and content of your receipts and tickets printed from POS according to your preferences and brand.

This includes options to add your own logo to the receipt, select a QR code or barcode and add your own promotional offers. And if you want to print itemized or master tickets from POS, you can also customize these templates.

> The ability to customize receipt and ticket templates from POS using cloud printing is available on all plans.

## Customize your receipts

Your venue must be using Cloud printing to be able to customize receipts.

To customize:

1. From Venue Manager go to **Settings** > **Design** > **Receipt templates.**
2. Select **Receipt template**.
3. Enter text, add images, or toggle the options on or off.
4. Review your changes in the template preview.

> Logo and image files: 512 pixels wide, max 1 MB. Black and white is recommended.

## Customize your POS master or itemized tickets

For your ticket templates printed from POS:

1. From Venue Manager go to **Settings** > **Design** > **Ticket templates**.
2. Select **POS master ticket** or **POS itemized ticket**.
3. Enter text, add images, or toggle the options on or off.
4. Review your changes in the template preview.

We do not have customizable docket templates yet for Cloud printing. Dockets clearly have the food items ordered as well as the name of its print station.
