# Disable pop-up blocker

> [!WARNING]
> While using ROLLER, the Chrome pop-up blocker should be **disabled** to allow messages to pop-up in the Venue Manager and the POS.

**To disable pop-up blocker in Google Chrome**

In Google Chrome, pop-up blocking is enabled by default. To disable this feature, please follow the steps below:

1. On your device, open Google Chrome

3. Click on **Settings**
4. Under "Privacy and security," click **Site settings**
5. Click **Pop-ups and redirects**
6. At the top, click the slide bar to turn the setting from **Blocked (recommended)** to **Allowed**

**To allow pop-ups from a specific site like ROLLER**

1. On your device, open Google Chrome
2. Navigate to a website where pop-ups are blocked

4. Click the link for the pop-up you want to see
5. To always see pop-ups for the site, select **Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [site]** then click **Done**
