# Get started with channel management in ROLLER

Channel management allows you to connect your ROLLER venue with trusted third-party platforms to attract more guests, streamline operations and centralise reporting.

## Why use channel management?

- Increase your venue’s exposure and attract more guests by listing your tickets across trusted third-party reseller platforms.
- Ensure accurate, real-time syncing of session availability and ticket capacities to reduce errors and eliminate manual updates.
- Centralise bookings, reports, product and guest data into your existing ROLLER workflows, providing a seamless operational experience.
- Free up staff time by automating repetitive tasks and improving booking efficiency.

## What channel partners do you support?

### Available OTA integrations

These are our supported OTA integrations. To integrate your ROLLER platform with any of the OTAs listed below, you’ll need to create a supplier account with each one.

## Get the channel management add-on

> [!WARNING]
> You **must** have the channel management add-on as part of your ROLLER subscription to connect to OTAs.

To access the add-on:

1. From Venue Manager, go to **Settings** > **Integrations**.
2. Select **Request upgrade**.

After you submit your request, a member of our team will contact you to discuss adding the add-on to your subscription.

## How do I set up channel management?

Here’s the general process for setting up channel management in ROLLER. Each integration works a little differently, so use this as a starting point and refer to each partner’s setup guide for specifics.

1. **See what channel partners are currently available** Go to **Venue Manager > Settings > Integrations > Channel Partners.**
2. **Set up your partner account** Create an account with your chosen channel partner.
3. **Activate your channel partner integration** Once activated, most integrations will generate an **API key** for you.
4. **Configure products for sync** You can select existing products or create new ones to be sold via the channel partner.
5. **Send integration details to the channel partner** After you submit your API key to the partner, they will map your products and finalise the integration.
