# How do I change which receipts print from my card terminals?

## Introduction

Some card terminals like the [S1F2](/v1/docs/choose-and-order-roller-payments-terminals) or [V400m](/v1/docs/choose-and-order-roller-payments-terminals) models have built-in receipt printers for guest receipts, merchant receipts and other receipt types. These card terminals are very useful if you don’t already have receipt printers or need a portable device.

Your venue can choose to avoid printing certain receipt types in order to reduce the amount of paper used. Using less paper saves your venue money and reduces unnecessary paper waste.

> [!WARNING]
> While you can disable auto-printing for receipt printers through ROLLER POS, this setting is not available for card terminals.

## Solution

To change what receipt types are printed from your card terminals, [submit a ticket to the ROLLER support team](https://helpcenter.roller.software/s/) and provide the following information:

- Your contact information.
- A detailed description of the support request in the **Description** field:
  - Serial number of each terminal you want updated.
  - List of receipts you want disabled (eg. guest receipts, merchant receipts).
- [Optional] Include any attachments by selecting the **Upload Files** button. We recommend including screenshots of the back of each terminal so the support team can reference the serial number.
