# How do I check when my next payout will arrive?

ROLLER Payments moves money from your guests' transactions to your bank account on a daily cycle. Knowing where to look lets you see what's queued, what's already on its way and when to expect the deposit.

There are two spots to check in Venue Manager:

- The **ROLLER Payments dashboard** gives you the live status of what's queued and your most recent payout.
- The **ROLLER Payments Payout Export** report breaks down gross collected, refunds and adjustments, fees and the net amount deposited, so you can reconcile it against your bank statement.

> [!NOTE]
> Staff need the **Can access dashboard** and **Can access Transactions reports** permissions to view this information. Administrators and managers have these by default.

## Check your next payout

1. From Venue Manager, go to **Dashboard** > **Payments** to open the ROLLER Payments dashboard.
2. Use the following fields to review the payout statuses:
  - **Pending settlement** means the transaction is still processing
  - **Ready for payout** means funds have cleared and are included in your next payout
  - **Last payout** shows the most recent transfer sent to your bank.
3. Open the **Funding** panel for a daily breakdown of payout amounts and dates.

## Reconcile a deposit

1. From Venue Manager, go to **Reports** > **ROLLER Payments Payout Export**.
2. Select a date range.
3. Select **Alert me once exported**.
4. Download the report from the notification bell, then match the net payout to your bank deposit.

> [!WARNING]
> Allow up to 2 business days for bank processing before reconciling.
