# How do I run a report of my active members?

To see who your current members are, use the Members list in Venue Manager. You can filter it by status and membership product, sort and save the view, then export it.

## View and filter your members

1. From Venue Manager, go to **Guests** > **Members** to see all membership holders and their current status.
2. Use the **Status** filter to show active members. Active statuses are **Current** (active and valid), **Pending activation** (starts on a future date) and **Pending cancellation** (cancels at the end of the current billing period).
3. Use the **Product** filter to narrow the list to one or more membership products (eg a specific tier).
4. Select **Apply filters**.

## Sort, save and export the list

- Select a column heading to sort by it, or drag headings to reorder the columns.
- Save your filtered view for next time: select the arrow next to the report title, then **Save new view**. You can set it as your default.
- To download the list, select the download button at the top right and choose CSV, Excel or PDF.

## Filtering by join date

The Members list filters by status and product. To work with join dates or growth over a date range, use a membership report instead. See [Choose the right membership report](/v1/docs/choose-the-right-membership-report) to pick the right one.

## Good to know

The Members list and membership reports cover fixed-price and recurring memberships created with the membership product type. Season or annual passes sold as standard pass products do not appear here.
