# Master and itemized ticket templates

This guide explains the difference between master and itemized ticket templates, helping you decide which format suits your needs.

> [!NOTE]
> Your POS stations will print itemized tickets by default. If you'd like to print master tickets from POS, select the option to do so from each individual [POS device settings](/v1/docs/manage-individual-pos-device-settings).

## Master ticket

The master ticket is a single PDF and comprises of the following:

- Logo of the venue
- Ticket instructions
- Ticket details - product name, booking holder, validity, purchase date, arrival time and booking reference
- QR code
- Booking items, invoice and contact details
- Venue name and address

## Itemized ticket

The itemized ticket is a multiple page PDF (depending on the number of tickets purchased) and comprises of the following:

- Logo of the venue
- Ticket instructions
- Numbering (eg Ticket 1 of 2)
- Ticket details - product name, booking holder, validity, purchase date, arrival time and booking reference
- QR code
- Booking items, invoice and contact details
- Venue name and address
