The administrator and manager roles have this permission enabled by default. ## Open the report To check your memberships: 1. From Venue Manager, go to **Reports** > **All reports**. 2. Search for and select **Memberships**. ## Filter the report Narrow the report to the members you need (eg current recurring members on one membership product). | Filter | What it does | | --- | --- | | **Search** | Finds memberships by member name, booking ID or ticket ID. | | Date selector | Shows memberships bought in the date range you choose. To learn how, see Choose a date range in the guide [Filter, customize and download a report](/v1/docs/customize-the-reporting-grid). | | **Membership status** | Shows memberships with the current statuses you select, grouped under **Active**, **Suspended** and **Cancelled**. | | **Membership type** | Shows **All**, **Recurring** or **Fixed** memberships. | | **Membership product** | Shows memberships for the products you select. | > [!NOTE] > If your venue pauses memberships (beta), **Active** also includes **Pending Pause** and **Paused**. To learn more, see the guide [Pause memberships in Venue Manager and online accounts](/v1/docs/pause-memberships-in-venue-manager-and-online-accounts-beta-1). After you change a filter, select **Apply filters**. > [!NOTE] > To download this report, see the guide [Filter, customize and download a report](/v1/docs/customize-the-reporting-grid). ## What the report shows Use the totals to see how many memberships you sold and how much they've been used, and the columns to see each member's details. Each row is one membership, so a booking with two memberships has two rows. ![Find each membership's status, redemption days and expiry date in the Memberships report](https://cdn.us.document360.io/23700755-951c-4b69-8afe-ec8b33c6c689/Images/Documentation/image(183).png) The totals at the top cover the date range and filters you select. | Total | What it shows | | --- | --- | | **Memberships** | The number of memberships that match your date range and filters. | | **Redemptions** | The total of the **Redemption Days** column for those memberships. | The columns show each membership. | Column | What it shows | | --- | --- | | **Transaction Date** | The date and time the membership was bought, in your venue's time zone. | | **Booking Id** | The ID of the booking the membership was bought in. Select it to see a summary of the booking, then select **Go to booking** to open the full booking. | | **Ticket Id** | The membership's ticket ID. It tells apart memberships bought in the same booking. | | **Product** | The membership product bought. | | **Members Name** | The name on the membership ticket. If it's blank, the name from the waiver signed for the membership, or the booking holder's name. | | **Members Email** | The email address of the guest who made the booking. For a membership bought for someone else (eg a child), it's the booking holder's email. | | **Status** | The membership's status now, not when it was bought (eg **Current** or **Terminated**). | | **Redemption Days** | The number of different days the membership has been redeemed. | | **Expiry Date** | The date the membership expires. | You can also add the **Members DOB** column. It shows the date of birth from the latest waiver signed for the membership. If there isn't one, it shows the date of birth in the booking holder's guest profile. To add a column, see the guide [Filter, customize and download a report](/v1/docs/customize-the-reporting-grid). > [!NOTE] > To learn what each status means, see the guide [Membership status](/v1/docs/membership-status). ## Build a list of members to contact Download your current members' names and emails, so you can tell them about events, offers or changes to your venue. 1. Under **Membership status**, select **Current**, then select **Apply filters**. 2. Choose a date range that covers when those memberships were bought. 3. Download the report. The download includes **Members Email** for each membership. A booking holder who bought several memberships appears once for each of them. ## Find members who aren't using their membership Spot members who rarely visit, so you can invite them back before they decide to cancel. 1. Under **Membership status**, select **Current**, then select **Apply filters**. 2. Download the report. 3. In the spreadsheet, sort by **Redemption Days**, smallest to largest. Members at the top haven't redeemed their membership, or have only used it a few times. > [!NOTE] > To see why members cancel, see the guide [Membership Cancellations report](/v1/docs/membership-cancellations-report). ## FAQs **Why isn't a membership in the report?** The date range uses **Transaction Date**, the date the membership was bought. Choose a range that covers when it was bought. The report also only includes products created as memberships, not season or annual passes set up as standard passes. **Does Status show the status when the membership was bought?** No. **Status** shows the membership's status now. To see when and how a membership's status changed, see the guide [Membership Status Log report](/v1/docs/membership-status-log-report). **Does a member who visits twice in one day count twice?** No. **Redemption Days** counts the days a membership was redeemed, so two visits on the same day count as one. ## Related - [Membership status](/membership-status.md) - [Membership Status Log report](/membership-status-log-report.md) - [Membership Redemptions report](/membership-redemptions-report.md) - [Membership Growth report](/membership-growth-report.md) - [Membership Cancellations report](/membership-cancellations-report.md)
