# ROLLER + Workforce.com integration

Managing staffing is one of the most important factors in running a successful and profitable venue. Our integration with Workforce.com (Tanda in Australia and New Zealand) helps you streamline roster and timesheet management.

## What it can do

Workforce.com is an industry-leading payroll, rostering and workforce management software designed to eliminate friction for businesses and employees doing hourly and shift work.

With this integration, you can automatically sync your ROLLER sales data with Workforce.com to build your rosters based on projected demand, helping you optimize your labor budgets without worrying about over or understaffing.

## Requirements

- A Workforce.com (or Tanda) account. Refer to [Workforce.com](https://Workforce.com) website to learn more
- A ROLLER API add-on subscription. Refer to [our pricing page](https://www.roller.software/features/api-integrations/) to learn more

## Connect ROLLER with Workforce.com

Follow the steps outlined here to connect your ROLLER account with your Workforce.com account.

1. Create a **New client key** in ROLLER
  - From Venue Manager, go to **Settings** > **Integrations** > **API** **keys**.
  - Select **Create a client key**.
  - In the **Create** **API** **key** popup, name it **Workforce** (or Tanda for Australia), then select **Create**.
  - The **Client** **ID** and **Client secret** API keys are created. You'll need to add these in your Workforce account. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/23700755-951c-4b69-8afe-ec8b33c6c689/Images/Documentation/9771695517071.png)
2. Log in to your Workforce.com (Tanda) account to enter the following information:
  - **Name**: Optional
  - **Location**: Set up in Workforce.com
  - **Client** **ID**: Created in ROLLER - see step 1 above
  - **Client** **secret**: Created in ROLLER - see step 1 above
  - Choose whether to include sales tax when importing revenue (optional)

> [!NOTE]
> If you choose to include sales tax, the integration will use the gross amount when importing revenue. If you do not, it will use net revenue. If you change this setting after a sync, you will need to re-sync the revenue data.
