# Send an order confirmation email from the booking in Venue Manager

You can send or resend an [order confirmation email](/v1/docs/customize-your-email-templates) to guests through Venue Manager.

1. From Venue Manager, [search for and select the guest's booking](/v1/docs/search-for-bookings-guests-or-members-from-venue-manager) using their name or booking ID to open the booking details.
2. Select the **options menu** (3 dots) in the top-right corner and select **Send confirmation email** from the drop-down.
3. The **Send booking confirmation** pop-up opens. The **Send** **to** field is pre-filled with the booking holder's email if it was provided during the booking. You can edit this email or add additional addresses.
4. Select **Send** **email**.
5. A confirmation will appear once the email is sent, and the activity will be recorded in the [bookings activity stream](/v1/docs/manage-a-booking-from-its-activity-stream).
