# View and export all form responses from Venue Manager

You've collected all this important data and you want to collate and analyze this information from Venue Manager.

## View your forms

1. From Venue Manager, go to **Documents** > **Forms > All Forms.**
2. Search for the form.
3. Select the **options** **menu** (3 dots) for the form you want, then select **View Submissions.**
4. The **Form responses** page appears listing all your form responses.

Depending on the amount of responses, you may need to export responses to see them all.

## Export your form responses

1. From Venue Manager, go to **Documents** > **Forms > All Forms.**
2. Select the **options** **menu** (3 dots) at the top right.
3. Select **Export** from the drop-down menu.
4. The **Export form submission** popup appears.
5. Select any additional data captured by ROLLER to include in your export from the list provided such as guest details, booking details and the quantity of products purchased.
6. Select **Export**.
7. A CSV file will automatically download to your computer.
