# View total gift card sales and remaining balance

The gift card grid provides a summary of issued gift cards for each specific gift card product in your venue. This includes the total sales of gift cards and the remaining balances.

## View the gift card grid

To go to the gift card grid for your gift card product.

- From Venue Manager, go to **Products** > **All Products.**
- Search for your gift card product.
- Select the options menu (3 dots) for the gift card product, then select **View gift cards.**

## Details in the gift card grid

This grid offers a snapshot of information related to the selected gift card product.

| **Grand total** | The overall value of all issued gift cards for this product. |
| --- | --- |
| **Remaining balance total** | The overall value of all issued gift cards for this product.The grid columns will show the below headings by default: |

By default, the grid displays the following columns:

- Gift card #
- Purchaser
- Recipient
- Initial balance
- Balance
- Status
- Expiry Date

To modify the columns in the grid, right-click the table and select the options you want to add or remove.

Additional columns include:

- Is sent
- Delivery method
- Postage option
- Postage price
- Amount paid
- Payment method
- Purchase location
- Email
- Mobile
- Address
- City/Country
- Suburb/Locality
- State/Province
- Postcode
- Country
- Purchase Date
- Purchase Time

## Export gift cards

Select the options menu in the top right to export gift cards to CSV. You can choose which data you want to export. [Learn more](/v1/docs/view-and-export-gift-card-data)

You can also report on gift cards using the Gift Card Sales report. In this report you can filter by specific dates and days. [Learn more](/v1/docs/gift-card-sales-report)
