That booking is then sent from ROLLER to the device running ROLLER Karting that displays the schedule. ## Cause This often occurs when a new product wasn't assigned to the proper schedule. When a new product is created, the ticket and corresponding resource(s) need to be assigned to the correct run template in ROLLER Karting so it can appear in the karting schedule. In addition, the connection between the local device running ROLLER Karting and POS might be experiencing a disruption. ROLLER attempts to re-establish this connection automatically, but this process isn't instantaneous. As a result, bookings won't appear on the schedule until the connection is fully restored. ## Solution Update the integration settings for ROLLER in ROLLER Karting, mapping resources to calendars and new product variations to the proper run template. Saving these settings also manually re-establishes the connection between ROLLER Karting and ROLLER. ## Assign a product to a karting schedule Follow the steps below: 1. From ROLLER Karting, go to **Settings > Integrations & Advanced Setup > Integrations**. 2. Select the pencil icon next to your existing ROLLER integration. 3. In the **Resource to Calendar** section, find the dropdown for the specific resource in use. 4. Select the matching ROLLER Karting calendar for that resource. This setting defines which calendar the resource's bookings appear on in the karting schedule. 5. In the **Product Variation to Run Template** section, find the dropdown for the product variation in use. 6. Select the run template you want to map to your product variation. This setting defines which run template is added to the schedule when a ticket is purchased. 7. Select **Save**.
