These names update automatically when tickets with attached waivers are processed at POS, then synced with the schedule to display guest names. ## Cause If guest names aren't updating as expected, the connection between the device and ROLLER may be disrupted. ROLLER attempts to re-establish this connection automatically, but this process isn't instantaneous. As a result, driver names can remain as placeholders until the connection is fully restored. ## Solution Manually reconnect ROLLER Karting by editing and re-saving the existing ROLLER integration. This reinitializes the connection between the devices running ROLLER Karting and POS for real-time updates. ## Reconnect ROLLER Karting to ROLLER Follow the steps below: 1. From ROLLER Karting, go to **Settings > Integrations & Advanced Setup > Integrations**. 2. Select the pencil icon next to your existing ROLLER integration. 3. Select **Save** at the bottom of the dialog. This manually resets the connection to ROLLER. 4. Confirm that a success message appears at the bottom of the screen. If you don't get a success message, try reconnecting from a different device, or reach out to our support team.
