The criteria for this is that they must share the same resource and product ticket. ## Cause There is a setting inside the integration that must be enabled for the merge to be automated. If the resources aren't the same, or the product and ticket are different, the booking won't merge automatically. You can also merge different products together manually from the karting schedule. ## Solution Check that the **Merge Similar Tickets into the Same Run** setting on the ROLLER integration is enabled. We recommend having this setting selected by default to make managing bookings easier between ROLLER and ROLLER Karting. > [!NOTE] > Enabling the **Merge Similar Tickets into the Same Run** setting does not merge tickets that have already been purchased. It only applies to future bookings. ## Enable Merge Similar Tickets into the Same Run Follow the steps below: 1. From ROLLER Karting, go to **Settings > Integrations & Advanced Setup > Integrations**. 2. Select the pencil icon next to your existing ROLLER integration. 3. Make sure that **Merge Similar Tickets into the Same Run** is selected. 4. Select **Save**.
