# Why aren't ticket images appearing in the online checkout?

## Questions

- I've updated images for all my product's ticket types. How do I make the images appear in the online checkout?
- How can I make the online checkout show images for my product variations?
- I've added some images to our products and selected the **Override image** option against the different ticket types. Why aren't these images aren't showing up in the online checkout?

## Solution

Ticket type or product variation **override images** only show up in your POS menus. They do **not** show up in the online checkout. This is due to the size of the online checkout pages.

However, if you'd like to showcase different ticket types or variations to guests in the online checkout and they make sense as separate products, we suggest creating each ticket type or variation as its own product. This way, you can use a separate image for each product, giving them more prominence in the checkout.
