Accessing previous versions of waiver agreements can be important for legal reasons, auditing or understanding changes made over time. Having a clear history ensures transparency and accountability.
To view a previous version:
- From Venue Manager, go to Documents > Waiver > History.
- Each row of Waiver history grid page shows a waiver version, and includes:

- Waiver name
- Date created
- Who created it
- The unique waiver ID
- The number of signed waiver holders associated with that version
- The active waiver. Only the most recent waiver is active
Viewing the active waiver will take you to the Waiver details page for the current waiver. Viewing a deactivated or older version will take you to the waiver historical details page for that version as shown below.
