Companies make it easy to manage group bookings for organizations like schools or businesses by keeping all details in one place. With a company profile, you can store tax identification numbers, add and manage bookings under a single record, allocate multiple contacts and assign primary or billing roles. This saves time, keeps records accurate, supports tax-exempt bookings with linked tax IDs, and ensures that communication reaches the right people.
Find a company
- From Venue Manager, go to Guests > Companies.
- Search by Name and Email.
- Select the options menu (3 dots) to view the company details.
Create a company
- From Venue Manager, go to Companies, then select Create company.
- Fill out the following details. Anything with an asterisk (*) is mandatory (you won't be able to add the contact until completed):
- Upload image (optional): Once uploaded, you can drag crop marks to crop as desired, then select Save to set the image

Primary contact details:
- First name*
- Last name*
- Email*
- Mobile

Company details:
- ABN
- Tax identification number (important for managing tax exemptions)
- Contact number*
- Fax
- Website
- Address
- City
- State
- Postal code
- Country
- Select Save.
Manage companies
Edit the company record: Update details at any time. Select Save to confirm changes.
View the activity stream: A running history of any actions taken, making it easy to track changes and keep a historic record of company interactions.
View bookings and contacts: Quickly see all bookings and people linked to the company.
Add contacts: Create or link multiple contacts under a single company profile, so communication is always tied to the right person.
Create a booking: Select New booking to create a booking prefilled with the company and primary contact details.
Add a contact
Each company can have multiple contacts.
Select Add Contact in the top right of the company page.

A pop-up modal will prompt you to add:
Email
Phone number
Full name (first and last name)
If the person already exists in the system as a guest, you can select them from the dropdown to prefill their stored details.
Once added, select the options menu (3 dots) for a contact to:
View their details
Set as primary contact
Set as billing contact
Remove the contact (only if they are not set as primary or billing)
Once added, you can select the options menu (3 dots) for a contact to:
- View the contact's details
- Set as the primary contact
- Set as the billing contact
- Remove the contact
There can only be one primary and one billing contact. They can be the same contact or two separate contacts. When a contact has either status, it cannot be removed
Create a new company booking
From the company page, select New booking, and it will create a new booking prefilled with the company and primary contact details.

Delete a company
- From Venue Manager, go to Guests > Companies.
- For the company you want to delete, select the options menu (3 dots)
- Select Delete company.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear. To proceed, select Delete company again. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
