The Mobile Check-in app is an add-on feature to your existing plan. To subscribe, check you meet the requirements below and then contact your account manager or the support team.

Mobile Check-in is compatible with most browsers and devices. However, depending on the device's specifications and operating system, it may be limited.
While you are welcome to test this compatibility on your own devices, we recommend meeting the below specifications to ensure you're getting the most out of the application:
- Operating system: Android (Latest version)
- Browser: Chrome (Latest version)

Recommended device: Any mobile device with an embedded or peripheral barcode scanner (ie a specific scanner device)
- A specific scanner device with embedded scanning hardware isn't necessary, but it makes scanning guest's tickets much faster. Examples are the Urovo DT50 or the Custom P-Ranger.
- Any barcode scanning hardware will be compatible with the app so long as it can input data (pass read data) into the device like a keyboard (which most scanning hardware can do).
