Set up the integration
Setting up Patch Retention with ROLLER is quick and easy.
1. Create your API Key in ROLLER
- In Venue Manager, go to Settings > Integrations > API Keys.
- Select Create client key.
- Name the key Patch Retention, then select Create.
- Copy the Client ID and Client Secret.
2. Share your API Key and setup details with Patch
Once you create your API key, send the following information to your Patch onboarding manager or email it to success@patchretention.com:

Once the integration is live, Patch’s onboarding team helps you configure your campaigns. You'll be able to:

- Trigger SMS and email communications based on guest actions like first visits or lapsed attendance
Patch provides templates and recommendations so you can launch campaigns quickly — no complex setup required.
Test your integration

- Check that guest and booking data appears correctly in Patch.
