To help us troubleshoot and resolve your platform issues faster, we use a tool called ScreenMeet, a secure screen sharing program that lets our support team access your device remotely. Once we’re connected, we can see your screen, take control of your system and walk through steps to help resolve your issue.
A support agent will create a ScreenMeet session and provide you with a unique link and PIN number. Follow the steps below to use ScreenMeet for your specific device.
Download ScreenMeet for Windows
- Open the link provided by your ROLLER support agent.
- Enter the PIN provided.
- Select Start Download.
- Open the ScreenMeet.Support.exe file. If you have difficulties locating the file, press CTRL + J on your keyboard to open the downloads page in your browser.
You may need to approve/whitelist the executable file that is run depending on your antivirus software.
- Run the ScreenMeet.Support.exe file.
- Select Allow.
- You’ll be able to see when the session has started when a thin red border/outline appears on your screen.
Download ScreenMeet for Mac
- Open the link provided by your ROLLER support agent.
- Select Open on the pop up window.
- Enter the PIN provided by your ROLLER support agent.
- Select Start Download.
- Open the ScreenMeet.Support.exe file. If you have difficulties locating the file, press Option + Command + L on your keyboard to open the downloads page in your browser.
- Select Allow.
- Select Allow to give us permission to directly access your screen and audio.
- You’ll be able to see when the session has started when a thin red border/outline appears on your screen.
