From POS, you can quickly access key device options and settings. Use the More menu (located at the bottom left) to change hardware configurations, manage till operations, view transaction history and leave notes for the team — all from one place.
Access the options menu
To access:
- From your POS screen, look for the More button located at the bottom left.
- Select More.
- A menu appears with available options.
- Choose an option to access its settings.
Review an option for the task you want to complete:
| Option | Purpose | Use when |
|---|---|---|
| Help | Get quick answers about any POS screen without leaving your device. | You need a fast explanation of a feature or setting during service. |
| Wristbands | View your real-time wristband schedule showing expired, current and upcoming wristband sessions. | You need to manage or announce wristband changes during service. |
| Open till | Opens the cash drawer without processing a sale. | Staff need access to the till for non-sale tasks like making change or processing a manual refund (permission or POS PIN approval required). |
| Till notes | Leave a note visible to other team members | You need to share important context with the team (eg flag a hardware issue, note a guest request, record an error when giving change, or call out unusual activity). |
| Settings | Access till sessions, device settings and hardware settings. |
Settings give you access to three key areas:
|
| Activity | View a complete transaction log for your current shift. |

Best practices
If you are responsible for reconciling tills at the end of a shift, access Settings before your shift ends so you have time for till balancing and reconciliation. Check Activity regularly to catch discrepancies early.
Make sure the team uses Till notes for important handoffs, any cash issues or change discrepancies instead of relying on verbal updates.
Include the More menu in onboarding so new staff know where to find key actions fast.
