Sending waiver requests just got simpler with the option to send customizable emails or SMS/text messages with a booking-specific waiver link. And, that’s not all the waiver improvements we have for you, we're also rolling out an integrated waiver feature that prompts guests to complete waivers immediately after checkout. For Analytics, we’re rolling out two new party package dashboards to help you make informed decisions to improve parties and events, and a new staff sales insights dashboard to help drive performance and boost sales.

Easily send waiver requests from Venue Manager by email or text/SMS

Sending requests for guests to sign waivers from Venue Manager just got a lot simpler. You can now send a customizable email, or an SMS/text message, with the booking-specific waiver link directly from a booking’s confirmation page.
This update streamlines the process for staff and booking holders, making it easier to send and track waiver completions, increase the number of waivers signed before arrival and reduce entry queues.
After creating a guest booking, simply select Send waiver request from the booking's page in Venue Manager.
Select Email or Text/SMS. (Additional fees per SMS apply.)
Confirm the booking holder details.
For emails, you can choose to include a list of guests who have already signed waivers.
You can also customize the language, brand colors and content for the email. Go to Settings > Design > Email templates > Waiver request email to do so.

Boost waiver completions with an integrated waiver after checkout

Target date: Starting to roll out from 22 July
Many guests skip over waivers after making an online purchase, leading to bottlenecks and delays on the day of the event. To address this, we're gradually rolling out an integrated waiver feature that prompts guests to complete waivers immediately after checkout, making it a natural next step in the process.
During the Beta, we saw waivers signed ahead of time increase from 49% to 71%, saving venues an average of 108 hours annually. With this broader rollout, all venues using waivers will benefit, speeding up ticket redemption at entry.
Guests will see a pre-filled waiver form after completing their online payment for products requiring signed waivers. They’ll just need to add their date of birth and details for any minors. They can then share the waiver link with invited guests, and if they’re using a mobile device, take advantage of native sharing options.
If you’d like to opt out of the waiver after checkout, you can do so in each checkout’s settings. From Venue Manager, go to Apps > Progressive checkouts > All checkouts. Select the checkout you want, then from the Options tab, scroll down to disable Waiver signing post payment.

Party and event success: New Analytics dashboards

Keeping track of hosted parties and new party bookings can be tough, missing opportunities for better party management, prepping for bigger events and boosting revenue.
We’re rolling out two new party package dashboards to help quickly identify weekly trends, monitor party package sales performance and make informed decisions to improve parties and events:
Parties hosted dashboard: Monitor parties or events hosted by product name to identify your top-performing party package products and sales channels. View specific details for each party package booked, including booking date, created date, additional spend after discounts, amounts owing and any discounts. Use insights gained to optimize your party package offerings.

Parties booked dashboard: Monitor parties booked over the last 7 days to help you prepare for bigger events or a large number of party and event bookings. See details such as party package products booked, sales channels, booking dates and amounts paid and still owing. Use insights gained to anticipate demand, allocate staff, manage food and beverage and help ensure a flawless event day execution.

From Venue Manager, go to Analytics > Dashboards to get started.
