Upon purchase, a confirmation email is sent immediately to your email address. Reasons why you can't find it:
- Sometimes it ends up in your junk mail
- Mistyped your email address
- You accidentally deleted it
- It's just not there - it happens
If it's not in your junk mail, you need to contact the venue directly to resend the tickets. Let them know the Booking Name and ask them to resend your booking confirmation. Make sure to confirm your email address with them or provide an alternate option in case the one they have on file is incorrect
