Problem
You received a new card terminal for ROLLER Payments, but it’s not assigned to your venue, preventing you from completing the setup process.
Solution
Contact ROLLER Support and provide the serial number of the card terminal so one of our support agents can assign it to your venue.
Request ROLLER support to assign a terminal to your venue
- Submit a ticket with ROLLER support using the support form.
- Include your contact information.
- Enter a detailed description of the support request in the Description field and include the following information:
- Card terminal model
- Serial number
- Include any relevant attachments by selecting the Upload Files button. We recommend uploading a photo of the back of the card terminal (example P400 Plus model below).
- Select Submit.
- Reboot the device once the card terminal has been assigned by a support agent.
