Problem
You received a new card terminal for ROLLER Payments, but it’s not assigned to your venue when attempting to select Board Terminal.
Solution
Contact the support team and provide the serial number of the card terminal so one of our support agents can assign it to your venue.
Request ROLLER support to assign a terminal to your venue
- Submit a ticket with ROLLER support.
- Include your contact information.
- Enter a detailed description of the support request in the Description field and include the following information:
- Card terminal model
- Serial number
- Include any relevant attachments by selecting the Upload Files button, such as a photo of the back of the card terminal.
- Select Submit.
- Select Board Terminal on the card terminal has been assigned by a support agent. If the option is not available, reboot your terminal.
