Problem
Groupon’s integration with ROLLER lists your products on their website/app while you can manage capacity and pricing directly within ROLLER.
The integration limits product redemptions to a maximum window of 30 days out from the current date. This time frame helps to cover over 99% of bookings made through ROLLER.
Some guests may want to book much farther in advance though, often including guests traveling abroad, party reservations, and more.
Solution
If you have guests consistently asking for a Groupon rate more than 30 days out from their booking, we recommend creating a corresponding discount code in Venue Manager. This way you can then send them the discount code to redeem in your online checkout or redeem the discount code for their booking yourself within Venue Manager.
