Introduction
If you already have Self Service Kiosks (SSK), they can be a great way for guests to sign waivers to help reduce time in the queue.
Parties and group bookings often have guests who need to complete waivers that did not purchase the initial booking. It also provides a simple process for walk-ins who have not yet purchased a ticket.
Solution
Enable the Include waiver flow setting for SSK devices in Venue Manager. This includes an option to sign a waiver on the SSK welcome screen without having to purchase a ticket beforehand. Signed waivers are then searchable within POS & Venue Manager.
Follow the steps below to enable waivers at SSK devices.
Include waiver flow at SSK devices
- From Venue Manager, go to Apps > Self Serve Kiosk > Devices.
- Select the options menu (3 dots) of the template you want waivers to be enabled on.
- Select Edit.
- Select the Include waiver flow checkbox option.
- Select Save.
- Repeat this process for each relevant device.
