Adding a custom ID to a membership allows you to link it to a physical card, key tag or another scannable ID. This makes it faster for guests to check in and redeem their memberships at POS.
Add a custom ID at POS
From POS, go to Search.
Select the Members tab in the top navigation bar.

Search for the member using:
Member’s name
Membership ID
Name of the person who purchased the membership
Select the membership from the search results.
Open the Guest tab.
In the Custom ticket ID field, enter or scan the ID you want to assign (eg card ID number, key tag ID number).
Select Save.
Use the custom ID at POS
When redeeming a membership, scan the card or key tag into the Redeem membership search field.
POS will automatically pull up the member profile and apply any relevant discounts.
