Introduction
Use this guide to install a Zebra ZD410 label printer and print sticker tickets from ROLLER Point of Sale (POS).
Requirements
- A Zebra ZD410 printer with power supply and USB cable
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 computer with administrator access
- Sticker media loaded in the printer
- ROLLER Connect installed and the POS device signed in
Install the printer and driver in Windows
- Load the sticker roll in the ZD410 and close the cover.
- Power on the printer.
- Connect the printer to the computer by USB. Allow Windows to detect the device.
- Install the Zebra driver using one of the options below:
- If prompted by Windows, choose the ZDesigner driver for Zebra ZD410.
- If you have Zebra Setup Utilities, open it, select Install Printer, choose ZD410, and complete the wizard. This will install the ZDesigner driver.
- Open Settings then Bluetooth & devices then Printers & scanners. Select the Zebra ZD410 entry, choose Printer properties, then select Print Test Page. Confirm the test page prints correctly.
- Calibrate the media so the printer detects the sticker length and black marks:
- In Zebra Setup Utilities, select the ZD410 then Open Printer Tools then select Calibrate Media. The printer will feed a few stickers and stop when calibration is complete.
If Windows installed a “Generic” or non‑Zebra driver, reinstall using Zebra Setup Utilities so you can access all print settings.
Configure products for sticker printing
For each session product you want to print as a sticker ticket:
- Edit the product configuration and scroll to Advanced settings.
