What's included
HQ analytics has two types of content: dashboards and reports.
Dashboards let you monitor multiple visualizations of your data and metrics of your venues from a single location.
Reports let you focus on single, detailed visualizations with more data and filters, giving you greater control over what you see and analyze for all your venues.
Dashboards
- HQ performance summary — a top-line view of revenue, guest visits, memberships and party bookings across the group.
- HQ performance trends — how revenue, visits, memberships and party bookings trend over time across the group.
- Venue performance comparison — side-by-side comparison of venues, including revenue by product type, sales channel and guest booking redemptions.
- Online checkout revenue — online revenue, order sizes and your most popular products across the group.
- Staff sales insights — individual staff member sales and overall sales distribution from POS and Venue Manager.
- Guest analytics — guest preferences, demographics and spending habits to inform marketing and guest experience decisions.
- Recurring membership overview — membership acquisition and retention metrics across the group.
Reports
- Net revenue & sales by product — net revenue and sales broken down by product across the group.
- Venue product sales & revenue — product sales and revenue broken down by venue.
- Revenue by reporting category — net revenue and sales broken down by reporting category.
- Cross-venue gift card activity — gift card payable and receivable balances between venues for a selected date range fir HQ venues using multi-venue gift cards.
Access a dashboard or report
- From your HQ venue, go to Analytics.
- Select a dashboard from the list, or select Reports to access the reports.
- Apply the country filter to load data. No data appears until at least one country is selected.
- Use additional filters (such as date range or venue) to narrow the view.
Filter by country
If your group operates across multiple countries, a country filter appears in HQ analytics. Select at least one country before any dashboard or report will display results.
The country filter is required to load any data in HQ analytics. By default, no countries are selected and no data appears until you choose at least one.

HQ analytics provides pre-built dashboards and reports that aggregate performance data from all your managed venues into one view, available from your HQ venue in Venue Manager.
HQ analytics is available to all HQ venues on the HQ add-on. The Can access Analytics permission is required to view dashboards and reports. The administrator and manager system roles have this permission enabled by default, as do any custom roles based on these roles.
Data only loads after you select at least one country in the country filter. This is required before any dashboard or report will display results.
Venue-level Analytics in Venue Manager shows data for a single venue. HQ analytics aggregates data from all your managed venues and adds cross-venue comparison dashboards and reports not available at the individual venue level.
Yes, using the country filter. Select venues that share the same currency when making comparisons, as all amounts display using the dollar symbol regardless of local currency.
It shows gift card payable and receivable balances between venues for a selected date range. It is available to HQ venues using multi-venue gift cards.
