Introduction
A recent ROLLER Connect release was distributed with a code-signing certificate that's no longer valid. POS devices that downloaded the update, typically overnight or when the device was turned on the day of the issue, display a certificate validation error the next time ROLLER Connect tries to start. The auto-updater has since been paused to prevent more devices from picking up the affected version, and a corrected build will be published in an upcoming release.
Solution
Uninstall the affected version of ROLLER Connect on each impacted POS device, then reinstall with the version from Hardware settings in POS. The download link in POS points to a working version, so a fresh install resolves the certificate error and restores receipt and docket printing.
