The Membership Entitlement Redemptions report gives you a complete view of membership redemptions, including entitlements redeemed by members whose home venue is elsewhere. Where the existing Membership Redemptions report only shows local members, this report captures cross-venue activity, making it easier to reconcile membership redemptions across your network.
Use this report when you want to:
- See all member redemptions at your venue, regardless of where a member purchased their membership.
- Understand what products and variations members are redeeming their entitlements against.
- Reconcile cross-venue membership activity across a multi-venue network.
Access the report
- From Venue Manager, go to Reports > All reports.
- Scroll to the Guests section and select Membership Entitlement Redemptions.
Filter the report
Use the filters at the top of the report to focus on the data you need:
- Date range: View redemptions within a specific timeframe.
- Member type: Filter by All, Home (membership purchased at this venue), or Away (membership purchased elsewhere, redeemed here).
Select Apply filters to update the report.
Report breakdown
Each row represents one entitlement redemption and includes:
- Redemption date: When the entitlement was redeemed.
- Member name: The member who redeemed the entitlement.
- Booking ID: The booking linked to the redemption.
- Membership number: The member's membership ID.
- Product: The product the entitlement was redeemed against.
- Variation: The specific ticket variation redeemed.
- Home venue: The venue where the membership was purchased.
- Redeemed at: The venue where the entitlement was used.
