You can find the transaction history for a booking using the Detailed transactions report or the booking's payment tab.
Use the Detailed transactions report
- From Venue Manager, go to Reports > All reports > Detailed Transactions.
- Enter the booking number in the search bar at the top of the report.
- Adjust the date filter for the time period you want to include in the search.
- Make sure all other filters are set to include everything.
- Select Apply filters. All transactions related to that booking within the specified time period are displayed.
Use the booking's payments tab
- Search for the booking in Venue Manager.
- From the booking details page, select the Payments tab.
- All transactions related to the booking appear.
