Add-on feature
The Mobile Check-in app is a paid add-on feature to your plan. To subscribe, check you meet the eligibility requirements and then contact your account manager or the support team.

- Uninstall all previous versions of the Mobile Check-in app on your device (if applicable)
- Navigate to https://checkin.roller.app on your mobile check-in device's browser
- Login with a staff account that has a role with at least POS Admin permission
- A banner should appear prompting to install the application, tap this and follow any prompts to install the app to your device. Alternatively, typically you will find a more options button (3 vertical dots) to access browser settings at the top right, tap this and then "Install Application"
- Next close the browser
- Now open the MCI application via your home-screen, which will have a ROLLER logo
- And now you're ready to Configure the Mobile Check-in app
