When your ROLLER venue is ready, the first task you'll need to complete is activating your new ROLLER account from your welcome email. Once you activate your account, you'll automatically be logged in to ROLLER.
How to activate your account
All new ROLLER staff member accounts receive a welcome email. From this welcome email, you'll be asked to register your staff account and set a password. In the email, staff accounts will receive a POS PIN that they'll require to log in to POS.
- In your email inbox, you should have a welcome email from ROLLER with the subject line Invitation from [VenueName]. Check your spam folder if you can't find it in your main inbox folder.
Make sure to keep the POS PIN mentioned in the activation email. This unique POS PIN will be required for each staff account when they log in to an active POS device. You can find more information about this process here. - Select the Activate account in the welcome email to go to an account activation screen.
- Enter your contact number and create a password.
- After activating your account, you'll automatically be logged in. Choose where you want to go. The options provided here depend on the account role and permissions you have in ROLLER.
If you're just getting started, and are setting up ROLLER, go to Venue Manager. This is where you configure and customize ROLLER to suit your business needs.
Next time you log in to ROLLER, you'll require your email address and the password you created above.
When staff are logging in to POS, they'll require the POS PIN received in the welcome email.
