The guest insights dashboard helps you make sense of your guest survey responses by turning them into clear, visual insights. It brings together your feedback data in one place so you can monitor performance, uncover trends and understand what’s driving guest sentiment.
This guide walks you through how to navigate the guest insights dashboard, filter survey data and explore trends and feedback to understand guest sentiment.
Navigate to the dashboard
From Venue Manager, go to Guests > GX Score > Guest insights.
By default, the dashboard shows GX Score insights for the last week.
Use the filters at the top of the page to refine the data you want to report on.

Insights – Focus on overall survey scores or narrow in on a specific category (e.g. service, cleanliness, or facilities).
- Time – Choose the date range you'd like to report on (e.g. within the last week or 3 months). To select exact dates, use the time range picker next to the Time filter.
Track real-time performance
The View performance panel helps you spot shifts in guest sentiment and see how your scores change over time.
From this panel, you can:
- See trends by day, week, or month.
- Group results by day of week to uncover patterns based on operating days.
- Select a survey category tile to filter the chart.
- Hover over data points to see specific survey response breakdowns.
Use this to:
- Track how scores change before and after launching a new offer.
- Group results by day of week to uncover trends tied to specific shifts or teams.
Benchmark against the industry
The Industry Benchmark panel lets you compare your venue’s performance with others regionally and globally.
Use this to:
- Compare your survey rating categories against venues globally or in your region.
- Identify areas where you're excelling or underperforming.
- Monitor how your market position evolves over time.
Use the Compare to filter to choose between global or regional benchmarks. Hover over charts to view details.
A minimum number of responses is required to activate benchmarking.
See what guests love and what to improve
The Guest insights panel highlights the most common reasons behind positive and negative reviews.
Use this panel to:
- Identify your venue's strengths (what guests love).
- Pinpoint opportunities for improvement (what needs work).
- Select any bar to view related guest comments.
Filter insights by rating category using the Insights filter at the top of the dashboard.
Compare booking host performance
For venues that assign staff to bookings (e.g. party hosts), the Booking host performance panel helps you understand how individual team members impact guest sentiment.
You can:
- Filter by rating category to focus on areas like service or cleanliness.
- Hover over each bar to view summary insights.
- Select a bar to see guest comments linked to that host.
This makes it easier to recognize top performers and coach team members where needed.
