Solution
Step 1: Check you’ve added the session pass to your checkout
- From Venue Manager, go to Apps > Progressive checkouts > Online checkout.
- For the checkout that you want it to appear, select the options menu (3 dots), then select Edit.
- Go to the Products tab. Make sure the session pass product has been added.
- If you're using product sections, select Edit for its section to check it's been added.
- If you're using product categories to group products in online checkouts, make sure the session pass product has been added to its product category. Learn more
- If you're using tags to group products in online checkouts, make sure you've added the tag to the product in its product settings. Learn more
Step 2: Check the session pass (and all its tickets) have schedules
- From Venue Manager, go to Products > Schedules.
- Search for the product. A warning symbol appears next to any products listed without a schedule.
- If no schedule exists, create its schedule/s. All session pass tickets must be added to the schedule to be made available for purchase by guests on the desired dates and times in online checkouts. Learn more
- If a schedule exists and the times you want it to be available are outside of operating hours, make sure you've selected allow sessions outside of operating hours. Learn more
Always remember to add any new tickets you create for an existing session pass product to its existing schedule. If you don't do this, the tickets won't show up for sale in online checkouts.
Step 3: Make sure that the product is available for sale
- From Venue Manager, go to Products > All products.
- Search for and select the session pass product to open its product settings.
- Scroll to Sales availability.
- Check the Sales start date. Session pass products will only be available for sale from the date and time specified here, no matter what you have in its schedule. Learn more
- Check the Sales cut-off date. Session pass products will only be available for purchase online up until the time specified before the session starts. Learn more
Don't forget to save any changes you've made. Then refresh the online checkout to check that the session pass product is appearing now.
