Solution
A membership might be discounting more than it should if its discounts' usage limits were set up incorrectly. You can review this via the below steps:
- From Venue Manager, go to Products > All Products.
- Select the membership product.
- Select the membership variation.
- Scroll down to the membership discount section.
- Check if the discount's usage limit has been set up correctly.
If "Unlimited" has been checked next to a discount, members will be able to apply the discount as often as they like.
