Notification settings lets you manage which notifications you and your staff receive in the activity center. This makes sure that everyone gets only the messages and alerts that are relevant to them. Follow these steps to customize who gets notifications, and for certain types, where and when they are sent.

Customize notification settings
- From Venue Manager, go to Settings > Notifications.
- Select a notification type you want to change.
- Adjust the settings for that notification.
- Select Save after you make a change to each notification type.
Settings for all notifications
- By default, all notifications are sent to the activity center and are visible to all staff roles.
- You can specify which system and custom roles can view each notification in the activity center.
Notification-specific options
Some notifications may have additional customization options beyond role assignment, such as:
- Email preferences
- Timing or frequency settings
- Delivery method options
Check the settings for each notification type in Settings > Notifications to see what options are available.
