Fixed-cost membership revenue in this dashboard reflects net revenue, which is recognized revenue after tax is taken out for the time period shown. In ROLLER, net revenue is recorded for fixed-cost memberships at the time of purchase.
Access the dashboard
The permission Can access Analytics is required to view dashboards and reports. Administrator and manager system roles have this permission enabled by default.
- From Venue Manager, go to Analytics > Dashboards.
- Select Fixed-cost membership overview to open the dashboard.
Dashboard metrics and calculations
Review the metrics in the visualizations, then refer to the table below for their definitions and calculations.
Metrics | Description |
---|---|
Active members | The current number of guests with an active fixed-cost membership. Active members include members who have a current or pending cancelation status in ROLLER. |
Members added (past 30 Days) | The number of current members who purchased a fixed-cost membership in the last 30 days. |
Members lost (past 30 Days) | The number of members who have canceled their memberships (terminated or expired status in ROLLER) in the last 30 days. Terminated means the member has canceled their membership. Expired means the expiry date has passed. |
Membership performance | A chart comparing fixed-cost net revenue earned (minus tax) with the number of memberships sold in the last 2 quarters. |
Fixed-time range
Date filters are not included in the dashboard. Review regularly to monitor the recent growth of your fixed-cost membership programs.
