Book tickets for your guests yourself, at the rates and payment terms you've agreed with the venue. You book against the venue's live availability, so there's no need to email or call to check a date. This guide is for resellers (eg hotels, tour operators and travel agents) who book through a venue's reseller portal.
Use this guide to sign in, book for your guests and get the tickets to them. It also covers changing, canceling and exporting your bookings, and updating your account details.
How it works
Each venue gives you its own reseller portal link. If you book with more than one venue, you sign in to each one separately. You can use the same email address for all of them.
You see only the products the venue has made available to you, at your rates. These won't match the prices on the venue's website.
Everyone at your business who books signs in with their own email address or mobile number. There's no password. You get a verification code each time you sign in.
How you pay depends on your agreement with the venue (eg charge to your account or pay on arrival).
You can see and manage all your business's bookings with the venue, including ones your colleagues made. See Manage your bookings below.
Sign in to the reseller portal
Open the reseller portal link the venue sent you.
On Reseller sign in, select Sign in with phone or Sign in with email.
Enter your mobile number or email address, then select Continue.
If you see Sorry, we don't recognize this account, check you're using the email address or mobile number you provided to the venue as a reseller contact. For a mobile number, check you've chosen the right country code. If it's still not recognized, select Contact us to contact the venue. On Verify to continue, enter the verification code sent to your mobile or email, then select Continue.

You're signed in, and the portal Products page opens with the products the venue has made available to you.

Book for your guests
Choose the date your guests want to attend.
Select a product, choose the number of tickets, then add them to your cart.
If any add-ons are recommended, choose any add-ons your guests want.
Add any other products you need, then select Checkout. Your details opens with your contact details filled in from your reseller contact record.
If you see Ticket holders, enter each guest's name. It only shows for products that the venue has set up to require a name for each ticket.
Under Your booking reference, enter whatever you use to name your bookings (eg your order number, the group name or the lead guest's name). It's optional. It becomes the booking name, so you can search for it in Bookings. If you leave it blank, the booking name is the name of the reseller contact making the booking.
To use a discount code or gift card, select Redeem now under Apply a discount, then select Discount code or Gift card.
Select the checkbox to accept the Terms and conditions and Privacy policy. To read them first, select either link. The terms include the product terms, your reseller terms and the venue's terms.
Select Continue.
On Checkout, under Payment method, choose how you're paying, then select Complete booking.
You only see the payment methods the venue has agreed with you. With charge to account, bank transfer or pay on arrival, your booking is confirmed straight away without taking payment. The Booking confirmed page shows how to pay and the amount due.

If a product needs a waiver, the Booking confirmed page shows Important: waiver required before attending. Guests without a signed waiver can't take part. Select Share waiver with guests to send your guests the link so they can sign before they arrive.

Get the tickets to your guests
Your booking confirmation email has your guests' tickets attached. Send your guests the tickets, not the email itself, because the email shows your rates.
If a product needs a waiver, the email also has the share waiver link. Send it to any guests who haven't signed yet.
Manage your bookings
Change or cancel a booking yourself, without emailing the venue. What you can change depends on the venue's booking rules. If a booking doesn't show Edit booking or Cancel booking, contact the venue.
Find a booking
Select Bookings in the top menu. Your bookings list shows how much is owing on each booking and who at your business made it.
.png)
Search by booking name or booking ID in Search bookings, or filter by Date range (eg Upcoming) or Status.
Select Manage booking next to the booking. For a canceled booking, select View booking. The booking opens, titled Booking # and its booking ID.
The booking shows:
The booking status (eg Pending)
Outstanding to be paid, if anything is owing
The booking barcode and booking ID
Order summary, with what's been paid and the amount due
Your details, showing who made the booking
Change a booking
You can move a booking to another date or time, add or remove tickets and update your booking reference, if the venue allows it.
Select Bookings in the top menu.
Select Manage booking next to the booking.
Select Edit booking.
In the Edit booking panel, select Reschedule to change the date or time, or Edit qty to change the number of tickets. To add products, choose them from the product list.
.png)
Continue to checkout. Update Your booking reference if you need to.
Choose your payment method, then complete the booking.
You're returned to the booking, which shows the changes and any amount still due.
Once a booking is charged to your account, any later changes are charged to your account too (eg adding items). It's the only payment method you'll see when you change that booking.
If a change means the venue owes you money (eg you move to a cheaper session), you may not be able to complete it in the portal. It depends on the venue. If you can't, contact the venue to make the change. Any refund is handled by the venue under your agreement, not in the portal.
Cancel a booking
You can cancel a booking that hasn't been paid for, up to a cutoff the venue sets before the booking date. This includes bookings charged to your account, bank transfer and pay on arrival bookings that show as Pending. If you’ve paid, or you're past the cutoff and Cancel booking doesn't show, contact the venue.
Select Bookings in the top menu.
Select Manage booking next to the booking.
Select Cancel booking.
Confirm you want to cancel.
The booking's status changes to Canceled.
Check your account
Once you're signed in, select the account icon at the top right to open My Account. Select an option on the left to see its details:
Account details: your name, email address and contact number. To change them, update them and select Save changes.
Business details: what the venue holds for your business. You can't change these yourself. Select Contact us to ask the venue.
Commercial terms: your payment terms, the payment methods you can use and the reseller terms and conditions you’ve agreed to.
To sign out, select Sign out at the bottom.

Contact us anywhere in the portal goes to the venue's support contact.
If your account is suspended or deactivated
Suspended: you can still sign in and see your bookings, but you can't make or change a booking. A banner tells you your account is suspended, and Products is hidden. Select Contact us to talk to the venue.
Deactivated: you can't sign in. The venue keeps your booking history, so it's still there if they reactivate your account. Contact the venue.
FAQs
Can I forward the booking confirmation email to my guests?
No, because the email shows your rates. Download the tickets attached to the email and send those to your guests instead.
Why can't I see a product I usually book?
The venue chooses which products and recommended checkout add-ons are available to you. Memberships, gift cards, wallets, cashless cards and multi-passes aren't sold through the reseller portal. Contact the venue if you need a product you can't see.
I book with more than one venue. Do I need a separate sign-in for each?
Yes. Each venue has its own reseller portal link. You can use the same email address for all of them.
Why can't I change or cancel a booking?
The venue's booking rules decide what you can change and how close to the booking date. You can only cancel a booking that hasn't been paid for. If Edit booking or Cancel booking doesn't show, contact the venue.
