ROLLER now integrates with QubicaAMF's Conqueror X bowling system so you can sell, book and manage bowling alongside every other attraction at your venue.
This guide explains what the integration does, how the two systems work together and if this is a good fit for your venue.
Watch the following video to learn more about the integration.
About QubicaAMF
QubicaAMF is a leading global manufacturer of bowling equipment and management software.
Conqueror X is QubicaAMF's bowling management system. It controls lane operations, scoring, pinsetting, session timing and lane options such as bumpers, and it coordinates lane maintenance and cleaning.
ROLLER now connects to Conqueror X so bookings and lane availability stay synced across both systems.

Why ROLLER integrates with Conqueror X
Bowling venues typically have scoring, bookings, payments and guest data in separate systems. That means one system for scoring, another for the point of sale, and guests checking in separately at each attraction.
As more venues add attractions alongside their lanes, that gap widens. Operators end up managing bowling in one system and everything else in another.
The ROLLER and Conqueror X integration closes this gap. Conqueror X keeps managing your bowling lanes, while ROLLER handles booking, payments, food and beverage, memberships and the rest of the guest journey.
ROLLER doesn't control lanes, pinsetters or scoring hardware. Conqueror X remains the system that runs your in-game bowling operations.
How the integration works
Conqueror X runs on premise at your venue and controls the lanes and the game experience. ROLLER is the system that venue staff and guests use to book, pay and manage play. The two systems sync with each other in real time.
A summary of what the sync does:
Bookings made in ROLLER sync to Conqueror X with the correct lane allocation.
Lane status from Conqueror X syncs back into ROLLER, so availability stays accurate.
When a lane goes offline for maintenance, availability updates in ROLLER so staff can't book a closed lane.
When a guest arrives, a single check-in in ROLLER POS activates the lane in Conqueror X. There's no need to start the session separately in both systems.
Get started
The ROLLER and QubicaAMF Conqueror X integration is available on request. To enable it, contact your customer success manager or the support team.
Bowling in ROLLER without the integration
You don't need Conqueror X to run bowling in ROLLER.
If you use a different lane management system, or no lane system at all, you can still set up lanes, sell sessions and manage capacity in ROLLER. You'll manage play in your own system separately. ROLLER currently integrates with Conqueror X only.
To learn how to set up bowling without an integration, see Get started with bowling in ROLLER.
What's next for bowling in ROLLER
ROLLER and QubicaAMF share a roadmap of improvements for the integration. Current areas of focus include:
Managing more of the booking process without leaving ROLLER.
Richer lane management, like moving lanes mid-play and adding players to a booking in play.
FAQs
Is the integration available globally?
Yes. The integration is available wherever ROLLER and Conqueror X are in use.
How much does it cost?
The integration is available on all ROLLER plans at no additional cost from ROLLER. Your Conqueror X license is separate and managed with QubicaAMF.
Do we need to be on a particular version of Conqueror?
Yes. Your venue must be on the latest version of Conqueror X. Earlier versions of Conqueror don't support the integration.
Can we run some lanes on Conqueror X and others on a different system?
Yes, this is possible. Talk to your customer success manager about how to set it up for your venue.
Does ROLLER integrate with other bowling systems?
ROLLER integrates with Conqueror X only. If you use another system, you can still run bowling in ROLLER without an integration. To learn how, see Get started with bowling in ROLLER.
What happens if Conqueror X goes offline?
ROLLER still confirms the booking, and you'll be notified in ROLLER so your team knows it hasn't reached Conqueror X yet.
Can we manage leagues through ROLLER?
Not currently. League management stays in Conqueror X.
