Disable pop-up blocker

While using ROLLER, the Chrome pop-up blocker should be disabled to allow messages to pop-up in the Venue Manager and the POS.

To disable pop-up blocker in Google Chrome

In Google Chrome, pop-up blocking is enabled by default. To disable this feature, please follow the steps below:

1. On your device, open Google Chrome

2. In the top right corner of the page, navigate to Customize and Control Google Chrome 

3. Click on Settings

4. Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings

5. Click Pop-ups and redirects

6. At the top, click the slide bar to turn the setting from Blocked (recommended) to Allowed

To allow pop-ups from a specific site like ROLLER

1. On your device, open Google Chrome

2. Navigate to a website where pop-ups are blocked

3. In the address bar, click Pop-up blocked 

4. Click the link for the pop-up you want to see

5. To always see pop-ups for the site, select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [site] then click Done
