Get started with ROLLER quickly and easily! Simply follow our step-by-step guide to get set up. In no time, you'll be running your business more efficiently, making sales 24/7 and providing exceptional experiences for your guests. Let's get going and make the most of ROLLER!
01 Add your key account settings
Begin by customizing your venue settings in ROLLER, including essential business details, contact information, tax rates and fees, and default settings for bookings and guest inquiries. Centralize all the important information, making it easy to keep it consistent and accurate. Assign specific roles to staff for targeted notifications and maintain clear communication with updated policies.
From Venue Manager, go to Settings > Account > Venue settings to get started.
02 Add your brand and logos
Keep your brand consistent across ROLLER by adding your logo, background images, and brand colors. This helps your guests remember and connect with your brand. What you set here will show up in your guest-facing checkouts, online payment forms, guest emails, invoices and liability waiver.
From Venue Manager, go to Settings > Design > Brand & appearance to get started.

03 Create a waiver
Reduce queues and manual paperwork with integrated digital liability waivers that guests can sign before they arrive. All signed waivers are automatically linked to the guest record, making it easy for you to access them whenever needed. Improve the guest experience for non-native speakers and save time at ticket redemption by providing multiple waiver language options.
From Venue Manager, go to Documents > Waivers > Waiver details > Unlock to make changes to get started.
04 Create your resources
Manage the capacity of different areas in your venue by creating resources. Make sure you never exceed booking limits for each area of your venue, class or other attraction or experience.
From Venue Manager, go to Settings > Resources > to get started.

05 Create your products
Prepare your product types to sell online and at your venue. Streamline your venue setup by scheduling operating hours to manage your product schedules for time-based sessions and parties. Watch the video to see how easy it is to create session passes, one of our most common product types.
From Venue Manager, go to Products > Create product to get started.
06 Create your checkouts
Customize and share your online checkout by adding your products and branding. Configure online accounts so that guests can manage their own bookings.
From Venue Manager, go to Apps > Progressive checkouts > All checkouts to get started.

07 Create your POS devices
Set up your POS devices for selling at your venue and add your products to your POS menus. Streamline the setup and management process by using templates for POS devices with the same menus.
From Venue Manager, go to Apps > Point of Sale > Devices to get started.
08 Create your staff members
Add staff member accounts and invite them to activate their accounts so they can start learning how to use ROLLER effectively. This includes your venue cashiers, supervisors, managers, and any marketing, finance and administration team members - they all have a role to play in ROLLER.
