Welcome to ROLLER Premium! You’ve unlocked a new set of tools to support established venues with more customization and integrations.

In this guide you’ll learn what’s included in your plan and how to set up and make the most of these tools.

What’s new in Premium?

The Premium plan includes everything in Pro, plus:

  • Mobile food and beverage ordering: increase your food and beverage revenue, by enabling guests to order from your menu on their smartphone.

  • Custom domains: boost your online conversion rates with custom domains.

  • Membership agreements: protect your membership revenue and say goodbye to paper-based membership systems.

  • Google Tag Manager: for analytics and advertising tracking.

Get started with your Premium plan

Below are the setup tasks we recommend to get your Premium features up and running.

Set up mobile food and beverage ordering

Enable guests to conveniently place their orders when they want, using their smartphone, without having to wait in queues to be served. Reduces pressure on your staff and saves your guests’ time with online food and beverage orders.

Set up custom domains

Custom domains allow venues to use their own website domain name for their online checkouts to provide a seamless guest experience, from the start to finish, to maximise conversion rates. With custom domains, take advantage of full conversion tracking throughout the checkout process (via a Facebook pixel or Google conversion snippet) improving the performance of your marketing.

Set up membership agreements

A booking agreement lets you protect your recurring membership revenue without the use of paper-based membership systems and reduces the risk of chargebacks. Managing this process in ROLLER helps speed up the membership registration process with easy access to a completed agreement from the membership record.

Set up Google Tag Manager

Tracking tags enable venues to use third-party services like Google Analytics (GA), Meta and other marketing and analytics platforms to provide powerful and actionable insights to unlock more revenue.

Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a powerful tag management system used for more advanced custom tagging of your progressive checkouts.
