You can easily send receipts to your guests directly from Venue Manager if they request one for their transactions.
- From Venue Manager, search for and select the booking.
- From the right-side Activity panel for the transaction you want:
- Select the options menu (3 dots).
- Select Email receipt.
- You will see a pop-up window asking you to either send the receipt to the email address on record or enter a different email. Select the X to delete the current email address, then input the new email address and press enter.
- Select Send email.
- Your guests receive an email with a download link to the itemized receipt (PDF).
From the email, guests simply select Print receipt. The receipt will open as a PDF for guests to print or save.
