This guide shows you how to modify an existing booking from Venue Manager. You can change the booking holder, add or remove items, edit resources and reschedule for a new date or session time.

Search for a booking
From Venue Manager, use one of the following ways to start your search:
- Select the search bar at the top of the main menu.
- Use the keyboard shortcut for search (Windows: alt + s, Mac: option + s).
- Select the search icon at the bottom of the main menu.
- Go to Bookings > All bookings and use the filters to find the booking. The bookings grid is organized by the booking date, not the creation date.
Then use the Search records panel to refine your search.

Change the booking holder
- From the booking, go to the Details tab.
- Under the contact details, select Change booking holder.
- Start typing in the new booking holder's email address:
- If the new booking holder has attended before, as you start typing their details, select their record from the drop-down to pre-populate the fields.
- If the guest has never been to the venue before or you can't find an existing guest record, you can select New booking holder to enter the new guest's details
- Select Save to confirm the booking holder change.
Change the date for the booking
- From the booking details page, select the Order tab.
- Under the booking items section, select the date selector.
- Choose the new booking date on the calendar.
- Select Save.
This only changes the date for the booking. If you want to change the session time, read on.
Change the session time for a pass
- From the booking, go to the Order tab.
- Select the Availabilities tab in the right-side panel.
- Select the Calendar drop-down and change the date to the guest's preferred booking date. You can also adjust the product filter to the product the guest wants when booking.
- Replicate the order items of the initial booking but for the new session time.
- Select the Order tab and delete the original (unwanted tickets) from the booking by selecting the trash icon next to each line of items.
- Select Save.
Change ticket/item quantities
- Select the Order tab within the booking.
- Under the booking items section, select the text box for Qty for the tickets/products you want to adjust, and type in the ticket quantity it's being adjusted to. You can also use the arrows to adjust the quantity of the ticket.
- Select Save.
Add products to an existing booking
- From the booking, go to the Order tab.
- In the right panel, select the Availabilities tab.
- The date defaults to the booking date.
- Choose the product to add from the drop-down, then select Search.
- Select the desired time and quantity of items.
- Select Add item/s to booking.
- Select Save to confirm.
Remove a product/item from an order
- From the booking, select the Order tab.
- Select the trash icon next to an item to remove it from the order.
- Select Save.
Edit resources
- From the booking, select the Order tab.
- Scroll to the bottom of the order.
- Select Edit resources.
- From the drop-down, select the resource/s you want, then Apply.
- Select Save.
Add a form to a booking
- From the booking, select the Forms tab.
- Select Add form, and select the relevant form from the drop-down.
- Select the options menu (three dots) next to the form to get a public form link. The link can be emailed directly to the guest, who can update the details themselves. Alternatively, you can select the form and type in the responses over the phone.
- Select Save once all edits have been made.

Add booking or POS notes
- From the booking, select the Details tab.
- Enter any notes into Booking or POS notes. Booking notes can only be seen by staff in Venue Manager, while POS notes can be seen by staff at POS and Venue Manager.
- Select Save.
