When guests arrive for a booking that uses a membership discount online, staff can confirm the member’s identity, preventing fraud.
Staff can also review any member’s remaining benefits directly in POS, without attempting to redeem them.

Confirm the guest's membership discount for online bookings
If a guest has used a membership discount for an online booking, POS automatically prompts staff to verify that the person checking in is the correct member. This quick step helps protect members’ benefits and keeps discounts exclusive to the person who owns the membership.
When a qualifying booking is opened in POS, a banner appears.
- Select Verify to see all members included in the booking, along with their profile photos.
- Confirm the guest matches the photo on file.
- If a photo is missing or out of date, select Take photo to capture a new image using the device’s camera — it saves directly to the member’s profile for future visits.
Check remaining membership benefits
While confirming a member’s identity, staff can also check how many benefits they have left, without staff needing to try to redeem them first.
From the member’s profile, check Benefits section to see:
- The discounts or perks included in their membership
- How often each benefit can be used
- How many times a benefit has already been redeemed
- When each benefit will next become available
This makes it easy to help members get the most out of their plan — especially if their membership includes limited-use perks such as guest passes, weekly activities, or discounted items.
